We rented this for a dual birthday party and had a great experience from the start.  Renting it over the phone was really simple and the customer service rep was very helpful, it was an easy process.The bouncy house was a big hit with the wide age range of kids that attended the party, they were on it non-stop.The young men who came to set up and take down were friendly and knowledgeable about the equipment, and arrived to set up earlier than we expected, which was a bonus.All in all, a great experience.

I would absolutely recommend a Bouncy Bear to anyone looking for casino party rentals.  After getting quotes from other companies that were quite honestly a bit too steep for my liking I found them on Craigslist and was very pleased from the first phone call at how professional their company is.  They had their crew come an hour before the party started to get all the tables set up (craps, blackjack, and poker) and they were all very helpful in getting everything set up perfectly.  Our dealers showed up an hour later and were so helpful in getting everything organized and teaching anyone that didn’t have knowledge of the game the rules.  We had Daryana on craps, Graeme on poker, and Kathy on blackjack and I would hire them again in a heart beat.  They were all extremely friendly and fun for all of our guests.I’ve already recommended them to several of my friends and clients and will absolutely use them again for any future parties that we may have.
