We rented this for a dual birthday party and had a great experience from the start. Renting it over the phone was really simple and the customer service rep was very helpful, it was an easy process.The bouncy house was a big hit with the wide age range of kids that attended the party, they were on it non-stop.The young men who came to set up and take down were friendly and knowledgable about the equipment, and arrived to set up earlier than we expected, which was a bonus.
