Delivery Zone Information
We do have a minimum of $250 for our deliveries BUT we always accept orders for pick up and we are conveniently located in Broomfield, CO. If your order does meet the minimum for delivery, the rental is for 4-6 hours dependent on your location. If you do pick up from our location in Broomfield, CO the rental is for 24 hours.
Our delivery area covers the whole front range, from Cheyenne Wyoming to Colorado Springs. Deliveries between Longmont and Highlands Ranch carry no delivery fee. Deliveries outside the Denver area (Evergreen, Castle Rock, Fort Collins, Byers, etc.) there’s a $35 delivery fee. Deliveries outside of this area are calculated using mileage. The rental period for these areas are limited to a 4 hour period. Please fill out the online inquiry form above and let us know your delivery location for an exact rate.
For any orders under $250, there is a delivery fee regardless of area (restrictions may apply, please inquire for delivery rate).
All orders that contain one or more tent(s) 20X20 or larger will also include a delivery fee regardless of area. Please contact the office for a delivery rate.

Deposit, Payment, and Cancellation Policy
We accept cash, check or credit card. If paying by credit (or debit) card there is a 3% processing fee. We can work with corporate policies regarding payment.
On all orders, we require a 25% deposit in order to set up, with the balance due the day of the event before setting up any equipment.

If you need to cancel your event, you must do so at least 24 hours before the delivery time to avoid a having your deposit retained. Exceptions are active rain or snow in the area 2 hours prior to the drop off time. Under this circumstance, there will be no penalty and your full deposit will be refunded. We do not accept weather cancellations for cold cloudy days with 40% or less chance of scattered showers. If you cancel for any other reason you will forfeit your deposit. Keep in mind once the unit(s) is delivered there is no refund after that point.
We reserve the right to cancel any delivery if the weather is below 40 degrees F. This is to ensure the safety of our drivers, customers, and to protect our equipment from strain and damage that can be caused by inclement weather.
